Rosette consistency is still a hot problem in today’s pre-press industry. Many popular RIPs fail to generate consistent rosettes, especially on large formats (flexo angles being even more difficult). Inconsistent rosettes can cause colour differences on the page, or even visible moiré.
SGSS offers corner to corner consistent rosettes, even on very large format devices, flexo angles, high line screens or low resolutions. Moiré between the C, M and K plates is absolutely impossible using SGSS.
